With a handful of MK6 Golf GTIs now available under ÂŁ8k with under 80k miles, they look to offer great value as an all-around performer. A manual box for those wanting to stay engaged with the experience, 0-60 in a respectable if not lighting fast 6.9 seconds and a combined efficiency closing in on 40 mpg, the GTI balances performance while offering a level of subtlety that the R is not afforded.

Top Gear bring you the biggest small car from the Little Car Company. Their scale replica of the Bentley Blower is 85% of the original size, but only has 25hp from its electric motor vs. the 240hp that the fire breathing original had. It is however road-legal, so you can enjoy your ÂŁ100k toy on the open road!

RM Sotheby’s hosted their Monaco auction last weekend, with a typically stunning array of vehicles on offer. From 80’s Group B rally cars to the infamous 6-wheel Tyrrell Formula 1 car and everything in between, the listings and results always make for interesting reading.

Spotted in an underground carpark in central London, I could immediately tell there was something special about this Mustang. The R badge on the steering wheel gave me just enough of a clue to track down some more details. It turns out to be a 1968 Mustang GT 2+2 reworked by Revology Cars in the USA, costing a princely $270,500. If you’d like to read more about this car, you can find the details here.
